Data Migration Manager Retail 3 month contract
One of the UK's leading High Street Retailers (a Department Store) has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Data Migration Manager who is required to work on a new ecommerce platform for a programme launch in the summer.
I am looking for an experienced data migration manager who has also had experience of working with various data streams and has had some exposure to a testing environment.
This role is for a new ecommerce platform and therefore, experience of working on an ecommerce programme will be advantageous.
What's really exciting about this role is that it is in its infancy and you will be engaging with the business from the outset working with the data migration for a project launch in the summer.
Ideally you will have experience of working in a customer facing environment, as you will be expected to liaise and work with various business stakeholders.
The stakeholders for this role will be across various business functions and sites- therefore used to remote working and resources in different locations will be beneficial.
On a day-to-day basis you will be managing around 10 people, so you will need to demonstrate man management experience.
My client is a retailer and as such, they will have a "huge” preference on individuals who know retail high street retail; after all "retail is detail”! I am keen to see candidates from a retail, FMCG or Hospitality market. However, for the right candidate, any background "could” be considered. CV's in a word format only please.
