Head of Development Centre Manila Banking Software
Our client is a global and market leading banking software vendor with particular expertise in Private Banking and Wealth Management. They are looking to identify a new Head of Development Centre who is based in Manila and over seeing all software development activities related to the evolutionary development of their products and the development related to the customisation for specific clients.
Matrix is therefore looking for skilled, experienced and professionally certified professionals with experience of managing large software development portfolios. This will require the candidates to have excellent experience across; project & programme management; software product development and software product customisation; line and software team management; applications management, including development, testing and support. The successful candidate who will take on the Head of Development Centre will need to have a business mind and experience because there will be a need to transition the centre across from an outsourced relationship to the inhouse management, and with that in mind, the individual will need to have demonstrated prior experience of working in a commercial capacity working with vendors, partners and customers. This role requires someone who is used to working in and managing a software factory, but also requires the person to have solid commercial expertise.
The role will report to the Managing Director of the company and as such, the individual will need to have first class reporting and business skills.
The role is based in Manila and is a permanent role.
