Services Sales Manager - Greater China - Core Banking
My client, a global provider of banking solutions and services, is looking to identify a high profile individual with specific experience of solutions selling, services sales and banking systems to join their expanding Services Sales division in Greater China. The role is based in China or Hong Kong and will work with their banking customers in Hong Kong and across the Greater China region, selling the implementation, consultancy and support services that my client has to offer. My client is a leading software company with over 5,000 employees worldwide, an unrivalled partner network and services business revenue of circa US $150m. The Services Sales Manager will be required to; achieve sales targets established by the Global Head of Services Sales, and implement sales strategies as member of global sales team; implement strategy to engage a value based and consultancy led sales process that will increase the services to license ratio by c 30%; provide leadership in client relations regarding implementation projects and sales of consultancy services; provide strong leadership to the sales team to maximise performance in terms of revenues, growth targets and profits, delivered against company performance targets. The successful candidate will; have an excellent and consistent track record in the Financial Services IT Services industry and have expertise of core systems within a banking, trade, treasury, risk and capital markets environment. You will be a self-starter, who is able to operate successfully in this dynamic and fast-moving corporate environment without the support of an extensive bureaucratic support system; have a successful track record of generating revenue through selling large scale transformation programmes of work around software products into the banking sector (Services); have a deep understanding of the banking industry framework; be an experienced individual will be capable of supporting a multi-level sales strategy by working as a part of the team and driving the process; be a consummate sales professional with the intellectual ability to engage with clients' business and develop and improve upon the company's sales processes; have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence and resilience to interact with the international leadership team. We are looking for experienced and up-and-coming professionals with a solid academic and professional record. The role is based in China or Hong Kong with travel across The Greater China Region. It is a permanent role.
