VP of Sales North America Treasury Software. Sales Director, Head of Sales, Treasury Software, Corporate Treasury, Software Product Sales, Professional Services. We are looking to identify a VP of Sales / Head of Sales for North America with expertise of Corporate Treasury Software and/or Treasury Software to work for a global Treasury Software & Services provider in North America. The role is a Homebased role and the location of the individual needs to be the East Coast, ideally around New York / New Jersey / Boston / Connecticut but the expectation will be for the individual to travel across the North American region to work with customers are located in all kinds of different countries and cities. Our client is looking for an experienced and successful Head / VP of Sales to manage the Sales Team which consists of Pre-Sales Consultants, Account Executives and a Sales Manager and provide leadership for an existing portfolio of accounts and client relationships across North America. There is an investment into the sales and business initiatives across the region and my client is looking for the candidate to provide sales leadership skills within software (licensing, renewals, upgrades, new business) to help with the further expansion of the regional business. Developing a broader portfolio is of paramount importance, but not at the cost of losing the current clientele. The Head / VP of Sales will report to the GM for America and be in close contact with the CEO, both of whom are dedicated to the future success of the region, ensuring new business wins, new clients, strong customer account management and client account satisfaction. The successful candidate will demonstrate first class account management experience covering, client account management, relationship management, partner management, stakeholder management, sponsor management, software product licensing and implementation services upgrades, up-selling, cross-selling, software support / defect fixing, customer satisfaction and services management, client revenue and & P&L management. The successful candidate will have previous divisional and business or sales directorship experience, and have an understanding of important business decisions. Market knowledge is essential and this person will need to develop a good network of contacts in this space, analyze trends in the market, as well as competition, work with internal business divisions to maximize the position and direction of the organisation and the sales for each customer. The Head of / VP of Sales will have a good attitude to work, tasks, managing situations, tasks and people, be positive, articulate, friendly, professional and above all else, helpful. Treasury experience is essential, software selling experience is essential and a successful track record in sales and account management is also essential. Over and above that, my client is looking to engage someone who is a friendly, personable, likeable, professional and hard-working, positive individual who can contribute to the business as a whole and roll up their sleeves to help other team members and divisions in any way they can.
