All of the potential hires we may introduce to you are interviewed by an experienced recruiter.

Most of our recruiters have experience of working in the industry or sector for which they recruit, in addition to a minimum of three years relevant recruitment and talent acquisition experience.

We call our proprietary interviewing process “Candidate Packaging”. Our packaging process includes:

  • An initial screening call
  • A thorough Competence-based interview, either face-to-face or by telephone
  • Behavioural questioning (where appropriate)
  • Skills testing (where appropriate)
  • References and Security Clearance (where appropriate)
  • Passport and visa checks

We only work with candidates who can provide us with a minimum of two professional or project-related references. We take these references and hold the information on file on our database in a compliant manner (Data Commissioner).

Where appropriate, we ask candidates for professional registration numbers and documentation in addition to evidence of professional and technical qualifications.
